Agents use Broker Gear’s web enabled tools to view case status, print forms, order supplies, check licensing or appointments and more all from our website. You can even download illustration software and updated from all of your carriers from one place.

We offer free illustration support as a service to our agents.  We will take your quote requests and run spreadsheets and illustrations for you with the many companies we work with.

What is my User ID and password?

If you forgot your password, go to the left menu bar on the home page and click “Forgot your password?”. You can then enter your user ID. The system will automatically send your password to the email address on file for your account.

If you forgot your User ID, please contact us. We can search for your User ID and Password for you.

What is my agent number with a particular company?

License numbers are shown on the Licensing page. Use your User ID and password to access your Licensing information, or contact us and we can pull your appointment data for you.

How do you determine a potential client’s underwriting class?

Our years of experience and relationships with top of the line providers gives us great insight into Life Insurance underwriting. By examining a clients medical history, current health, as well as age, weight and height, we can determine a specific class or group of possible classes. We will always work to get your client the most appropriate classification possible, however it is important to keep in mind that not every client can qualify at the best class. Our goal is to find the best “fit” for your client among the many different producers, products, and classifications to properly set the expectations of your client while minimizing premiums, maximizing benefits and optimizing commissions.
